CUSTOMER SERVICE

ALL TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All items are fully guaranteed from any defects. Products found to be defective within 15 days will be replaced with an identical item. 30 day return on all other items less shipping and handling except, studio rentals and downloads AND TICKET SALES which are non-refundable. You agree and understand that rental of Riprap Studios is the equivalent of taking it "off -the-market" and the studio is therefore unavailable to the public, hence "sold" to you in advance. You therefore accept that your payment confirms your rental at the studio and is therefore non-refundable.

For items that are ordered but are discontinued or out of stock, you will not be billed. If an order can be partially filled, it will be shipped out to you, and you will be notified of the out of stock items and their re-stock date.

Items are shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt of order being placed, except downloads which are automated. Please Allow 7-14 business days for standard delivery as noted above.

We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and American Express Traveler's Checks. When ordering merchandise by check allow 5-10 days for the check to clear.

About Us

Riprap Entertainment is a company founded for the purpose of helping writers, actors, filmmakers and entertainers build a solid foundation for their careers.

Riprap Entertainment offers awards, memberships and products to the general public and entertainers alike in order to fund this ongoing web site opportunity. We offer secure shopping and affiliate links for a tremendous variety of products and general merchandise. We deal directly with manufacturers and wholesale distributors and we are able to purchase top quality merchandise sometimes for as much as 90% less than what you would pay for the same item in a retail store. It is our desire to pass these savings on to you.

Because of our desire to help aspiring entertainers we have opened a theatre in North Hollywood, creating a venue to showcase the talents of actors, writers, directors and filmmakers. We also publish writers' works from time to time in our web e-zine The Coffee-zine Scene!, also the name of our paid member section of the site. The writers are paid a small acceptance fee when published in our E-zine and are automatically nominated for an award. If you would like to contact us, please do.

How To Order

1. Search the site and click on any of the category links on the left or right side of the page. As you find products that are of interest, click on the image, or the text link of the product and you will be taken to a product detail page with a larger picture of the item and a lengthy description plus any special ordering or shipping requirements specific to that product. In order to add the item to the secure shopping cart, simply click on the buy now button or the add to cart button below the image. At this point you can either check out and complete the order or go back to Riprap Entertainment and continue shopping. You may always click on view cart in order to view your purchases and once at the secure shopping cart, you may always change the quantity of items you are ordering.

2. If you are taken to an affiliate site, you will purchase from their secure shopping and be bound by their terms, conditions and shopping procedures. You can just hit your back buttons when done to return to Riprap Entertainment - or make Riprap one of your favorites to return and stay abreast of our new products added regularly.

3. Remember - once at the check out page, make sure to review the item(s) in your cart . You always have the option from this page to either continue shopping, delete items from your cart, or complete the purchase by filling out the shipping and billing forms.

Once your transaction is completed either with us or with an affiliate, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping on items varies from 24 hours to 14 days depending on the product.
