Fractured Atlas is a non-profit organization that serves a national community of artists and arts organizations. Fractured Atlas's programs and services facilitate the creation of art by offering vital support to the artists who produce it. They help artists and arts organizations function more effectively as businesses by providing access to funding, healthcare, education, and more, all in a context that honors their individuality and independent spirit. By nurturing today's talented but underrepresented voices, we hope to foster a dynamic and diverse cultural landscape of tomorrow.

Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues:

I am writing to let you know about a documentary that I am producing about thyroid cancer. As you may or may not know, I am a survivor. I managed to maintain my A average in law school as well as ownership of my theatre Riprap Studio Theatre in North Hollywood, CA while going through this ordeal. Over the last three years I have found that telling my story is an inspiration to others, at law school, at the theatre and at work and play so I’ve decided to share my story with the world and I need your help!

I cannot do this on my own, so I’m asking for your participation in a great cause that will hopefully inspire thousands of people suffering from the emotional blow and the physical and financial shock of cancer. Your donations will help us to help lift others’ spirits in order to keep up the good fight!

Riprap Entertainment is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions in behalf of Riprap Entertainment may be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Fractured Atlas has approved and accepted Riprap Entertainment into a fiscal sponsorship relationship. Said sponsorship allows us to apply for grants otherwise unavailable to our Company.

As a part of our agreement with Fractured Atlas – an amazing organization, I might add - - I must build a base of people who support Riprap. To qualify for grants, we have to raise $1,000.00 from our base. So, I’m asking for your support. If you can send any donation of any size, it would be greatly appreciated. All checks must be payable to “Fractured Atlas” and sent to our theatre at Riprap Studio Theatre, 5755 Lankershim Boulevard, North Hollywood, California 91601. We record your donation and then send all donations to Fractured Atlas who manages and distributes the funds accordingly to our project.
